08, Aug, 2024 Seminar on Navigating and Unraveling New Indian Criminal Jurisprudence

The Nehru Academy of Law, in association with the Palakkad Bar Association, hosted a seminar on 'Navigating and Unraveling New Indian Criminal Jurisprudence' on 08.08.2024. The seminar aimed to introduce and interpret the new Bharatiya Nyaya Samhita. The event was inaugurated by Former Judge, High Court of Karnataka Member Karnataka Law Commission , Honourable Justice Ashok G Nijagannavar. Adv. Dr. P Krishnadas, Chairman and Managing Trustee ,Nehru Group of Institutions, and Honorary Trade Commissioner of Mauritius to India, presided over the function. The keynote address was delivered by Dr. P. Krishnakumar, CEO and Secretary , Nehru Group of Institutions. Senior Advocate, S. Sanalkumar, of the Kerala High Court, made a presentation, while Adv. P. Sreeprakash, Member of the Bar Council of Kerala, and Adv. M.S. Rupesh, President of the Palakkad Bar Association, extended their greetings.The seminar was welcomed by Prof. Subhash G Platotum, Principal of the Nehru Academy of Law, and Asst. Prof. C. Dibeesh expressed his gratitude to the attendees.
